Jordan is 9 months old!

Jordan is already 9 months old! Can you believe it!?
He is one busy little man and makes every single day fly by!

Big things that have happened recently:

• He crawls, and climbs, and he's fast, and gets into everything. (how I am not back to my pre-baby weight by now by chasing him around?...I have no idea!)
• He now has 4 big teeth! :) (with more on their way)
• He LOVES his momma and has MAJOR separation anxiety. :/
• He is picking up more random words.
• He pushes a ball back and forth with dad. 
• He gets such crazy air when he's jumping in his crib, that it has now been moved to the lowest level it can go. (he's getting too big!)
•  If there is any music on...on a commercial, on the radio, a tv show, in the grocery store, anywhere, any time...he dances. Bouncing, hands in the air, big smile, the whole thing. It's pretty awesome.

This hat is a little big (size 1-3 years), but it was too adorable to not take a few pictures of! I'm sure you will see it plenty more in the next couple years when it fits a little better ;)

Fullerton Engagement Photography - { Paul & Crystal : Engaged! }

So Sean and I have known Paul for years! We went to high school together , and since we were in the same circle of friends, we may or may not have partied a few times together. I have plenty of themed party pictures that I could share here, but I am going to hold off ;).

Not too long ago, when I would stop by Starbucks on my way to my former job, my favorite barista (Paul) would be there to welcome me. And every single time, I would ask if he was engaged yet (since I knew it was coming soon) , and FINALLY he was! Now I finally got the chance to meet this sweet lady that I had heard so much about...and let me say, Crystal is just as sweet as she is beautiful! So excited for them!

Paul and Crystal met in class at Cal State University Fullerton, and I am so happy that they decided to really put themselves into their session, and do their engagement photos there too!

Paul & Crystal - I had a ton of fun shooting your engagement session and am so so excited for you two! Although I wont be shooting your wedding photos, I honestly cannot wait for the big day! :)

Long Beach Engagement Photography - { Christina & Billy : Engaged! }

Billy and I go WAY back! So I was so excited when he told me that he had found the lady of his dreams, and that they were getting married! And I was even more excited when they choose us to photograph their big day! 
We took their photos at the Japanese Garden at Cal State Long Beach, and a fun little grassy area that I just loved when I found it at the school.

Family trip to the San Diego Zoo! :)

Hi friends! Just wanted to share a few pictures from our trip to the San Diego Zoo a couple weeks ago.

Jordan is 8 months old now, and seriously LOVES animals, so we thought it would be a great time to put our annual passes to good use! :)

So the giraffes did something a little crazy when we are there. Not sure if its really blog appropriate to explain, but this was the expression on the giraffes face after he did something really yucky. We were cracking up.


Checking out the koalas...that I did not get an actual picture of (koalas are cute, but Jordan is cuter).





Somehow , these little animals made a little home on Jordan's head. Weird.

I have been wanting to enter a photo into a iheartfaces photo challenge for so long. I am so excited that I actually caught a fun one, AND during the designated time to enter! (I some how always miss it!)
This weeks theme was "sun flare", and if you have ever visited this blog before, you KNOW that I love myself a little love from the sun! ;)
Winning would be extra fun, but it put a smile on my face just to go back and visit these sweet wedding photos! :)
